A couple of years ago, I wrote a post called What’s In My Car: Baseball Mom Organization. That post has been repined almost 10,000 times! Good grief! I look at it now, and it looks pretty cheesy. I have updated it a little bit, but it does need an overhaul!
This post is a variation on that one. When you search for ideas of things to take with you to a cold weather game, no matter what sport, the posts are few and far between. Here are my suggestions!
I used to use LL Bean totes, and then I realized that the Lands End totes have organizing pockets inside, and I have been a Lands End girl ever since.
Obviously, I take a coat, scarf, hat and gloves.
See the awesome pockets?
So although I don’t need some of this stuff all year round, I just keep it in there.
In my pockets I have:
- bug spray
- wet ones
- dryer sheets (for gnat protection)
On the other side in the big pocket I have three pouches.
Pouch one has a couple of fans.
Pouch two has two multi tools, a lighter, and a pitch counter, for some reason.
Pouch three has hot hands, and my Zippo hand warmer with lighter fluid.
I add this stuff to my tote:
- Scout lunch bag: with low carb snacks and bottled water
- Lava Seat
- huge Thermos : with hot tea
I sling my stadium seat over my shoulder:
And if it gets really bad, I can bring:
Ready to go freeze my buns off!
