I do WAY better when I
I test my urine almost every morning with ketostrips, just to make sure I am in ketosis.
I try and keep my daily carb count under 20, but I have found that I can eat a couple of pieces of chocolate and have a glass of moscato at night, and still stay in ketosis. If you need more of an explanation of keto/low carb diets, check out: What is a Keto Diet?
